SYSTEM: Planned System Outage – 2/25/2021

MSJC has a scheduled system maintenance for district services on Thursday 2/25/2021 between 3:00am and 8:00am.  During the outage San Jacinto Campus (SJC), Menifee Valley Campus (MVC), and some of MSJC‘s technology services will be intermittently unavailable.

During the planned outage window, users will experience a service interruption to the following primary services:

Other web services could be unavailable during this time for intermittent intervals due to the maintenance.

SYSTEM: Planned Power Outage Menifee Valley Campus

February 12, 2021

The Facilities Department will be completing preventative maintenance activities on the main electrical distribution system for the Menifee Valley Campus that will require the entire campus to be shut down. In order to minimize the impact to District operations, the outage has been scheduled for Saturday, February 13th beginning at 6:30 a.m. until approximately 5:30 p.m. while the college is closed.

This power outage will result in a scheduled system outage of some MSJC provided technology services that are hosted at the Menifee Valley Campus.  The following primary systems will be unavailable during this outage:

  • Instructional Computing Services – Remote Desktop Services RDS (apps.msjc.edu) and Instructional Web Servers
