As of 3:30pm on 7/5/2020, access to Canvas, Self-Service, and EagleAdvisor has been restored. Users should no longer be receiving errors such as ‘a general failure occurred – please contact the administrator’ when logging in to Canvas, Self-Service, and EagleAdvisor.

MSJC’s system maintenance has extended the system maintenance until 2:00pm on 7/5/2020.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE:

MSJC has a scheduled system maintenance for district services on Sunday 7/5/2019 between 6:00am and 10:00am.  During the outage San Jacinto Campus (SJC), Menifee Valley Campus (MVC), and a majority of MSJC‘s technology services will be intermittently unavailable.

During the planned outage window, users will experience a service interruption to the following primary services:
