RESOLVED:  MSJC experienced unexpected loss of service for the eLumen ( application on May 10, 2013 between 2:00 am – 2:00 pm. Services were fully restored as of 2:00 pm on 5/10/13.

EagleAdvisor services,,, and will be unavailable from 05/09/2013 at 11:00 pm through 05/10/2013 at 3:00 am for scheduled maintenance. During this timeframe all the related services will be unavailable.
