SYSTEM: Unplanned Internet Outage

UPDATE (1:55PM on 12/5/2018) The internet connectivity was restored to all the affected services listed below as of 1:27pm on 12/5/2018.

NOTICE: Due to issues originating from our internet services provider, MSJC is experiencing a loss of internet connectivity starting Wednesday 12/5/2018 approximately at 12:15pm. As a result of the ongoing internet outage, the following services are unavailable:

  • Instructional web server services
  • Instructional Remote Desktop Services RDS (apps.msjc.edu)
  • Internet Access via Classrooms and student computer terminals in the Computer Labs, Learning Resources Centers, and Libraries

Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.

The outage is not affecting the following services:
